So As Photography begins to evolve as the digital ages almost fully takes over, some of us are trying to stay as pure as possible with little manipulation to keep photography true to what is once was. The fact is photography has been manipulated in one way or another since its beginning. It is not a lie or a way for the photographer to fool their viewers it is simply like most other art forms, The artists (the photographers) interpretation on a scene and their method of sharing there feelings or artistic view of that scene.
As most art evolves to keep the viewers interested i believe photographers have to do the same and take advantage of whats available to them to try to create what they feel is art and will keep there viewers interested. here are some different techniques I have recently tried out with the photos I took while in the Yukon this summer.
I've been interested in Photography for many years now but it became a passion of mine about six years ago. As travel and nature have always been a large part of my life, it too is a large part of my photography. My style of photography is still very experimental but mostly focused on pristine wilderness and natural beauty . After deciding to slow down for a while to take some Photography courses to improve my skills and ready myself for a career, I am now about to head back out and continue documenting the beauty the world has been so gracious to present to me. My travels with my camera have only just begun and already I've been privileged to see such beauty and have had more inspirational experiences than I ever imagined. I am overwhelmed with excitement to continue to travel and document the wonders that I will encounter. I hope to share this enthusiasm with people through my photography. Hopefully I can open people's eyes to the beauty that surrounds us, which some of us have become blind to in a world that seems so full of negative and destructive images.
